- Damaged or defective items may be eligible for replacement or refund

Stores on our platform are responsible for:

- Order fulfillment and delivery
- Customer service for their products

9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Interfere with platform operations or security
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

10. Limitation of Liability
FairMart acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:
- Product quality or defects (responsibility of the store)
- Delivery delays or failures (responsibility of delivery service)
- Disputes between customers and stores
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All content on the platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of FairMart or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
